Please note that the use of post office boxes is prohibited, nor can it be delivered to a transshipment and parcel contract service company.

Delivery services

For deliveries in Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macau shipments will be made via Takkyubin or SF-EXPRESS.

For rest of world deliveries, shipments will be made via International Express Mail Service(EMS).

Delivery times

All goods are shipped from Taiwan.

Order processing and shipment is Monday to Friday.( Does not include Taiwan’s national holiday)


Delivery toTaiwan: about 2 to 3 working days*

Delivery to Hong Kong, Macau:about 3 to 4 working days*

Express delivery to the rest of the world:about 4-16 working days*

* As from the date on which Mike Frederiqo hands over the parcel to the carrier. And does not include Saturday,Sunday and clear customs time.


Please note that in the event of a holiday , the processing and delivery of orders may be delayed.

In the event of a delay in delivery which is more than seven working days after the delivery date indicated at the time of the order, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sales contract and receive a full refund.

Delivery charges

Less than free shipping threshold the delivery costs determined as follows:

Delivery in Asia: USD10

Delivery Outside Asia:USD15

The total amount of orders displayed at checkout does not include customs duties, which vary from country to country, and if there is a duty and value-added taxes,the buyer will to pay for it.

Subject to applicable law in the destination country, some banks may charge a small transaction fee for international delivery orders at the buyer’s expense.

How to return?

Consumption on the official website have a 7 days trial period,including weekends and hoilday.

If you would like to return or replace the product, please submit it within 7 days.It cannot be processed after seven days.

Return and exchange service can only be used once within 7 days trial period.

1.Products returned or exchanged must remain in their original condition and intact, without affecting new products that are resold. Packaging, accessories, gifts and packing list are complete, internal and external packaging, tag, trademark integrity uncut, no stains, no cleaning, no modification, no odor; If the goods originally have special packaging also need to be returned together.

2.Please use the original carton to properly store the products you want to return or exchange. If the original carton is lost, you can use another carton.

3.If the amount after the return does not reach the free shipping full amount,you will need to pay the shipping cost of the order, so the refund of your money will be the amount after deducting the shipping cost.

The following factors will not accept returns or exchanges

Can I change / cancel the order?

You will not be able to change your order after you have confirmed your order.
However, as long as your order has not left our shipping warehouse, you can cancel your order at any time and re-order the correct item you need.
